Fees are based on factors such as location, and time of signing.

Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are charged applicable doc fees. Cancellation, or refusal to sign by clients are charged trip fee plus applicable doc fees. Additional trips due to error other than by signing agent or by request of client will be charged the minimum trip fee plus any applicable doc fees. No charge for additional trips if caused by signing agent error.

Full fees for each additional borrower requiring a separate signing appointment.

Trust Signings $10.00 per notarized signature or witness signature per document plus round trip travel fee if applicable.
Minimum fee $135.00
Attorney must be present for legal advice and representation

Notary fees are set by the State of California and do not include any travel fees.
